Our Sports Training and Development Program is designed to support and mentor people of all ages, skill levels, and abilities to build confidence, improve fitness, develop coordination, and strengthen their sporting skills in a positive and inclusive environment. With a strong focus on basketball, sessions are tailored to meet individual needs and encourage participation at every level - from beginners to experienced players. We proudly welcome people with support workers and are committed to creating a safe, encouraging, and accessible space where everyone can learn, grow, and enjoy the benefits of sport and community connection.
